4. Who is developing Pyramids Beach? A UK company with over 24 years experience in the overseas property market.
5. What Licenses have been granted? All the necessary licenses and planning permissions have been obtained, and are available on request.
6. When will the property be completed? The first phase will be completed winter 2010 and the 2nd phase winter 2011.
7. What are the payment terms on the property? 10% initial deposit then a further 40% on signing of purchase agreement (approx 30 days), 25% interim payment and then a final 25% on completion.
8. Can the properties be bought in a company name? Yes, but companies cannot take out the mortgage.
