Management Services: On site management services and maintenance service. Our management team will also look after your clients if you would like to rent out your apartment.
The Developer will be offering a rental service, they estimate the following a £150 per week for studios, £200 per week for 2 bedroom apartments £250 for 3 bedroom apartments, there is a shortage of good quality hotels and rooms in Luxor. They will offer airport collections, full housekeeping services, 24 hour security etc.
Furniture :The Developer have their own furniture factory so they can provide a full furniture pack to make your life easy or what ever you choose to buy from them.
Taking over your apartment on completion: You will be met at the airport, taken to your apartment which will be ready to stay in, you will be given a snagging form to complete and any snagging issues will be dealt with straight away.
Housekeeping: There will be a full housekeeping service available
Airport collection and Get you in packs: There will be a transport service to collect you and your guests from the airport and you can also order a get you in pack to save you rushing to the supermarket to get essentials.
Payment terms: GBP1000 deposit to reserve your apartment 25 % a month later and the remainder phased to completion.
